8 Stages of Freedance Playshop
June 7, 2008 - 12pm - 3pm
Learn about the 8 stages that will take your freedance in to deeper realms of understanding and development.
| What: |
Whether you feel nervous about freestyle movement, or if you just love freedance and want to experience a richer embodiment of each stage, this playshop will support your growth. Playshops allow for more time to explore concepts in the body, mind, spirit and emotions, in a group setting, and give students tools that will enhance their regular Nia classes. Like the shape of the number "8" ,a vertical infinity sign, these 8 stages will flow and support you in returning again and again to your authentic movement and creative source. Come deepen your practice and let's play in the unfolding of ourselves!

Energy exchange is $35 ahead or $40 at the door. Refreshments will be served. Please pay ahead in class to receive the $35 rate ( prior to June 7th) . or call 928-8866 to make arrangements to reserve your space.
